Ann Modlin Boehm
Ann Modlin Boehm spent 26 years as a government attorney, focusing primarily on employment and labor law. She spent more than half of her career working in Federal law enforcement agencies, including the Drug Enforcement Administration and the U.S. Marshals Service, where she oversaw the discipline process for hundreds of USMS employees. Ann has litigated cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Merit Systems Protection Board, U.S. Courts of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
